SHIPPING

At WASD, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and safely. Please review our shipping policy before completing your purchase. By placing an order on www.wasd.co.in, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation and product availability. Please note that orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed. We do not process orders on weekends or major holidays.

Confirmation Email: Upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, kindly check your spam or junk folder.

High-Demand Items: Occasionally, items may become unavailable after an order is placed due to high demand. In such cases, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Charges: 

WASD offers complimentary 3-7 days standard shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and details. You can track the status of your order through the link provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the pincode and location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on unforeseen delays.

Undelivered Items

If a package is not delivered due to incorrect address details or missed delivery attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will notify you once the item is received back. For prepaid orders, you may choose to have the item re-shipped or receive store credit valid for 50 days. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the item.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please be aware that once a tracking number confirms proof of delivery, WASD cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order will be shipped once they arrive at our facility. Payment is collected at the time of checkout. Once the pre-order item is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified after placement.
