RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At WASD, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. By making a purchase on www.wasd.co.in, you agree to our return and exchange policy as outlined below. We encourage you to review this policy carefully before completing any purchase.

Exchange of Product

  1. Exchange for Size: We offer size exchanges within 48 hours of delivery. If the product you ordered does not fit, you can request a size exchange, subject to stock availability.
  2. Defective Products: If the product received is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange for the same design within 48 hours of delivery. All defect claims will undergo a quality check before processing.

Note: All products must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered, with all original tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired size or replacement is out of stock, we will offer store credit, which can be used for a future purchase on www.wasd.co.in

Store Credit

If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will issue store credit for the same design. Store credit is valid for three months from the date of issue and can only be used for purchases on our website.

Pickup & Shipping Costs

We offer reverse pickup services for exchanges, subject to the availability of our logistics partners in your area. The cost of pickup will be borne by the customer. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse at your own cost.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds. Please ensure that you select the correct colour or design before making a purchase, as we only offer exchanges or store credit in cases of size issues or defects. 

To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at support@wasd.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your product. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the product within 24-48 hours. Pickup attempts will be made twice; if unsuccessful, you will need to send the product to us yourself.

Please note: All exchanges are subject to a quality check. If the product shows signs of wear, damage, or is returned without the original packaging, tags, and accessories, we reserve the right to deny the exchange request.
